We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order—and we’ll do our best to help if it’s still early in the process.
🕒 Cancellations Within 30 Minutes
If it’s been 30 minutes or less since your order was placed, please contact us right away.
We’ll do everything we can to stop the order before it begins processing.
However, please note:
Some items are processed immediately (such as drop-shipped products) and cannot be canceled once submitted
We can’t guarantee a cancellation will be possible, especially during busy periods
Requests are handled in the order they are received
🚚 After Processing Begins
If your order has already started processing or received a tracking number, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, the order is already on its way.
But there’s still good news:
Most items are eligible for free returns or exchanges within 30 days
