Can I Add Items to My Order?Updated a month ago

We know plans change! While we can’t guarantee all orders can be adjusted after checkout, we may be able to help within the first 30 minutes after your order is placed.

đź•’ Order Changes Within 30 Minutes

If it’s been 30 minutes or less since you placed your order, please contact us right away with the changes you’d like to make.

We’ll do our best to help—but please note:

  • Some items are processed immediately (such as drop-shipped products) and cannot be changed once submitted
  • We can’t guarantee the change will be possible, especially during peak hours or weekends
  • Requests are handled in the order they are received

If we’re able to catch your order before it’s locked into fulfillment, we’ll let you know right away!


đźš« After 30 Minutes: Order Changes Are No Longer Possible

Once your order begins processing, we’re unable to make any changes—including edits to the contents, address, or shipping method.

But don’t worry! You can place a second order with any additional items you need.

If your second order doesn’t meet the free shipping minimum, reach out to us—we’re happy to help.
