How do I return an item?

As much as we would love to be part of your garden, at this time we have stopped shipping outside the contiguous 48 states due to extraordinarily high shipping costs and extremely long shipping times. We are looking into options; as soon as we find a good option that makes financial sense for our customers, we will make an announcement on our social media pages.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Thanks so much for thinking of us for your garden. We are so excited about our Birdies Next Gen Edition. Here is a general comparison of our Legacy Line vs our Next Generation Garden Beds:

What's New with the Next Gen Birdies Bed Design:
-A new, ultra-strong reinforced bracing kit - that uses vertical and horizontal supports to keep your bed perfectly upright.
-100% food-grade stainless steel hardware - including nuts, bolts and washers.
-New shapes and sizes, all in feet and inches - including small, medium and large sized beds, each with multiple square-foot configurations (i.e. 3x3 feet, 4x2 feet, 6x3 feet.)

What's the same between our Legacy and Next Gen Birdies Beds:
-Same 100% food-safe materials - including cold rolled 24-gauge aluzinc galvanized steel with a USDA-approved paint coating.
-7x more rust and corrosion-resistant than regular galvanized steel.
-The same colors you know and love - mist green, slate grey, and light clay (previously called "beige")
-Always made sustainably in Australia using ethical labor, steel offset recycling practices, and renewable energy.

<ul><li>Is there Express Shipping?<ul><li>We do not offer express shipping. All items are shipped ground and arrive in 1-4 days for 98% of customers.&#xA0;</li></ul></li><li>How long to ship?&#xA0;<ul><li>Orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. &#xA0;Initial shipping will take place on Mon, Wed and Fri with the ability to flex up if demand is needed to 5 days a week. E.g., Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday, Orders placed Monday will ship on Wednesday and orders placed on Tuesday will also ship on Wednesday.</li></ul></li><li>How will it ship?<ul><li>See note above but from our York, SC location, most metros are 1-3 day shipments and almost the entire country can be reached in 4 days. Deliveries take place Mon-Sat for customers.&#xA0;</li></ul></li><li>How will a 10-pack ship?<ul><li>10-pack ships in the normal packaging. &#xA0;Large trees 3 ft.+ ship max of 2 per box. &#xA0; Some smaller SKUs will ship all 10 in one box with care being taken to keep each separated.</li></ul></li><li>Do I need to be home?<ul><li>You do not, these are normal deliveries just like any other product delivered through FedEx Home Delivery. &#xA0;We do however recommend that you adjust your delivery confirmation email (if applicable) to let customers know to unpack their box immediately.</li></ul></li><li>Do I need a loading dock / and or where will it get dropped?<ul><li>No, these will be placed where your FedEx driver normally places your packages.</li></ul></li><li>Is your packaging recyclable? and/or what/how is it packaged?<ul><li>A majority of the packaging is recyclable. &#xA0;There are however, 1 poly-bag per plant that encloses the nursery container to both retain moisture and prevent soil loss as well as zip ties for secure transport.</li></ul></li><li>How soon do I need to plant my tree/shrub, etc?<ul><li>We actually recommend giving it a few days to acclimate in a shady location before planting. &#xA0;This allows the plant to recover from shock before introducing it to a new climate. &#xA0;Here is a quick macro that you can adjust for your needs.</li></ul></li></ul> <h1 id="isPasted"> </h1><hr>If you have any issues contact us at <a href="https://epicgardening.gorgias.help/en-US/contact">customerservice@epicgardening.com</a>.
