We have a 30-day free return policy if you are at all unhappy with the product. After that, if you experience any issues, other than normal wear and tear, please feel free to reach out to us with photos. We will make sure someone gets back to you with a resolution. 

We also have this great video included below, from Mark at Self Sufficient Me. He has been using these beds for years. You can watch him empty a bed after several years and see how the beds faired. These beds will last for years!!
